What is the CGC Club Championship?

The Creator Golf Club (CGC) is a creator-led, fan-fuelled golf collective of YOU & your favourite creators. Built to bring fans closer to the creators they love than ever before, through unforgettable, real-world experiences. Our flagship event, The Club Championship, reimagines what an amateur golf competition can be.

The Creator Golf Club Championship (CGCC) is a ground-breaking global amateur tournament, hosted by the biggest golf creators on the planet. Designed from the ground up for everyday golfers, this is your chance to compete, connect, and experience golf on a scale never seen before.

Handicap policy

How do you keep the competition fair?

We take fairness seriously. Very seriously!

Our goal is to make the tournament inclusive and fair to everyone, and to do this we’ve adopted the World Handicap System as the foundation for the tournament. We’ve also introduced additional measures to reward players with detailed handicap history, while encouraging newer players to develop their handicap history as quickly as possible.

Format

How does it work?

You’ll enter as a pair (you and a teammate) and compete through a series of exciting stages:

Local Matchplay Qualifiers
Battle it out against teams in your local area to the start of the season.
Regional Finals (UK & Europe only)
Win your local qualification matches and successful teams are invited to an exclusive, creator attended, regional final, playing Doubles Stableford format at an incredible venue for a chance to be not only a Regional Champion but also secure your place at the GRAND FINAL!‍

Grand Final
The very best teams from the entire online Golf Community qualify for the ultimate golfing experience, playing alongside your favourite creators for a HUGE prize, and a chance to be the first ever Creator Golf Club Champions!

*Teams from outside of The UK & Europe will play an additional match (7 in total) and winning teams will secure a place at the Grand Final.

What are the dates for matches?

All teams play their first match as part of the Winner bracket. Teams that lose their Round 1 match in the Winner bracket move into the 2nd Chance bracket.

‍

For Rest of World (ROW) cohorts outside Europe, there will be an additional Round 7 played, and the winner of that match goes straight to the Grand Final.

What is the Grand Final?

The Grand Final is the pinnacle of the Creator Golf Club Championship.

Playing alongside and in front of your favourite creators, cheering you on, setting challenges, competing against you and creating content around the event.Top-performing teams can also expect a special surprise, with the entire experience shared across creators’ social channels.

Are green fees included in the ticket price?

No. Green fees are not included. Teams are responsible for paying course green fees during the group stage matches.

Eligibility

Who can enter?

Anyone aged 16 or over. With a verifiable WHS handicap at the time of the tournament start (29 April 2026). Any players aged 16/17 must play with a parent or guardian at all times.

If you are not from one of the countries and areas listed above and do not live within a 90 min drive of any of the locations listed above please do not purchase a ticket as we will not be able to accommodate you in the tournament this year.
